- Comments: Dogs and cats allowed with additional pet fee and deposit. Some restrictions apply as to breed, and the number of pets allowed.
- Restrictions: Only 2 pets per unit.
As of May 26, 2016, the following are noted as restricted pets within the community:
- Any exotic pet. (ie, ferrets, snakes, alligators, etc…)
- Pitt Bull Terriers
- American Staffordshire Terriers
- Rottweiliers
- Chow Chows
- Doberman Pinschers
- German Shepherds
- Alaskan Malamutes
- Akitas
- Perro de Presa Canairos
- Wolf Hybrids
- Any breed of dog or a dog that has been trained or bred for fighting, as a guard dog or as an attack animal.
- Any “mixed breed” that has any of the above breeds in their lineage.
- Any dog with an aggressive nature or history of violent behavior can be determined to be a dangerous dog, regardless of it’s breed and will not be permitted to reside on the property.
- Other specified breeds and/or animals may be amended to the restricted pet list and list is subject to change at any time.
